Booking & Refund Policy

Spray Tanning Expert Masterclass – Blushaé Academy

Enrolling in the Spray Tanning Expert Masterclass means you're committing to a high-standard, hands-on education experience. We value your time, your investment, and your readiness to learn. To protect the integrity of our training and respect the time of our educators, the following policy applies.

1. Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment is confirmed once your *application is accepted** and payment is received in full or via an approved payment plan.

* Spaces are limited to ensure a quality learning experience, so bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will receive an email with details to *book your in-person training date** via our calendar once your payment has been processed.

2. Rescheduling

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule:

You must notify us *at least 14 days** prior to your scheduled training date.

* One complimentary reschedule is allowed per enrolment.

Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a *\$150 rescheduling fee** to cover preparation and lost time.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of this high-touch educational experience:

*All bookings are final.**

*No refunds** will be given for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend, you may *transfer your spot** to another approved student (must be arranged with us at least 7 days in advance).

* If you fail to attend your booked session without notice, you forfeit your enrolment and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine emergencies, we will review reschedule or refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required. Our decision will be final.

5. Class Cancellations by Blushaé

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues), we will:

* Offer you priority placement in the next available masterclass date

* Or provide a full refund if a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged
