At Blushaé, we value your time as much as you value ours. To ensure efficient and streamlined services for you and our team, we have implemented the following policies:
Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and prioritize clients committed to their appointments.
Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so, or not showing up, will result in a charge equal to the full-service fee. If you cancel correctly, any payments will be credited towards your future bookings. Please email us at hello@blushae.com to rebook.
Salon Cancellations: Occasionally, we may need to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or emergencies. If we must cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, any pre-payments will be fully refunded.
Security of Payments: All online payments are secure. Please note, that Blushaé does not store any personal credit card information.
Arrival Time for New Clients: If you are new to our salon, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to ensure a smooth registration process.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please inform us by texting 0431 989 826 with your expected arrival time. We will try our best to accommodate you without impacting subsequent appointments. Note that arriving late may shorten your service time.
Pre and Post-Care: Be sure to read the care instructions provided at the time of booking and in our follow-up emails to ensure the best results from your services.

By strategically choosing a location away from busy shopping centres, we’ve created a space where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated on the ground floor, our studio offers easy accessibility and convenience.
We prioritise personalised attention, designing our bookings to focus on one client at a time. This guarantees you individualised care and undivided focus. However, if you prefer to share your experience with friends, we are more than happy to accommodate group bookings, providing a cherished experience that you can enjoy together.
