BOOKING POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
At Blushaé, we understand the value of your time and appreciate that you respect ours as well.
To ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team, we require upfront payment to prioritise clients committed to attending their scheduled appointments. This policy is designed to create a streamlined and efficient process, benefiting everyone involved.
Please note that you will be charged the full-service fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel without the required 24-hour advance notice. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24-hour notice. Any payments made on correctly cancelled appointments will be credited towards future bookings. To rebook, simply email us at hello@blushae.com.
Blushaé reserves the right to cancel pre-booked appointments with up to 48 hours notice before the day of an appointment or shorter, in exceptional circumstances such as illness, absence, or emergency. Any pre-payments will be refundable under these conditions.
Rest assured, online payments are secure, and Blushaé does not hold any personal credit card information.
For new clients, please plan to arrive a few minutes early. If you are running late to your appointment, please text us at 0431 989 826 to let us know when you expect to arrive. Our team will do their best to accommodate you as long as it doesn’t cause delays for the next client. Please note that in such circumstances, your allocated appointment time may be shorter.

As an exclusive ladies-only salon, we do not offer services to men.
