At Blushaé, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to give you our full attention. To honour the experience of all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

Late Arrivals
We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. While we’ll do our best to assist where possible, arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule — based on availability.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or changes made within this window will incur a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer your time to clients on our waitlist and ensures fairness across all bookings.
