BELINDA RYAN NUTRITION COACH, SHARES HER STORY WITH BLUSHAÉ BABES

Hey Girls!
My name is Belinda Ryan and I am the founder of Belinda Ray Nutrition Coaching and I also train to compete competitively in Functional Fitness and
CrossFit. Belinda Ryan Nutrition Coaching is a very new business that I am currently establishing with a vision in mind to help and teach people about how to eat for your goals, whether that be to look better naked, performance or even muscle building. I am a firm believer in flexible dieting, which basically is eating the foods we enjoy within moderation and complementing the rest of our food choices with nutrient-dense foods.

 

My journey started back about 2 and a half years ago when I took some serious changes to improve myself overall. I got married in March 2018 and experienced some of the most incredible times of my life however was honestly in the worst place mentally in my life being filled with anxiety and depression. After returning home from my two honeymoons I took action. The first thing I did was quit my job. I was in a role at work where I was working 12-16 hours a day, going to work in tears, leaving in tears, and spending my day being boarder line bullied. When quitting my job, my husband and I also hired a PT at the gym we went to, and to this day I am still training with the same personal trainer. This coach brought CrossFit into my life and changed my outlook on training and life. I started training more regularly, after finding a passion it felt so easy to do because I never hated a session. Yes, some days are harder than others but I learned a level of self-discipline that pushed me. January 2019, I signed up with 20 days-notice for my first CrossFit competition, it was a small local one up the Central Coast and at the end of the day I placed 8 out of 100 competitors. This unlocked a fire in me and I was so determined to have that feeling again so I registered myself for The Bay Games 2019. I then got to work, training 6 days a week with an online program given to me by my coach. Through preparing for this competition I decided to start working hard on my nutrition and fuelling myself for performance. This unlocked another passion for me and I soon became obsessed. November 2019, I competed at The Bay Games and came 7 Overall and 1st in my age category. From here I have been continuously building and improving my relationship with food and studying and learning about how our nutrition affects our bodies. A couple of months ago I started to study to become a nutrition coach with a vision that was deep.

 

This is only the beginning for Belinda Ryan Nutrition Coaching and also for me! I am so determined to learn as much as I can and educate you in as many ways as I can think of.
